Description
Quality casting poppers that have been designed maximum splash with minimal effort.
Utilise an 80-200lb leader connected to your braid mainline with an FG knot or short PR knot to gain maximum casting and maximum holding power. Cast towards reefs, channel markers, buoys or edges of work ups. Retrieve with a fast whip of the rod, a quick wind and pause to gain maximum pop and surface splash, or a slow controlled sweep for continuous action.
Perfect for targeting Kingfish, Tuna, Giant Trevally and Mahimahi.
Works great on the Penn Slammer topwater combo (38969) or Okuma Tomcat topwater combo (43150) loaded with 50lb braid.
