Ordering
• Orders can be placed on our website or by fax/email
• Minimum invoice value is $50.00 ex GST and freight
• Orders under $20 incur a $30 surcharge
• Orders under $50 value carry a $10 surcharge.
• All wholesale prices indicated are exclusive of GST.
• RRP price indicated includes GST.
Orders created on this site can be printed for faxing or submitted online. If you are not an account customer you will be asked for credit card details (128-Bit secure connection).
Payments
• ACCOUNT: 30-day accounts are available to approved customers.
• CREDIT CARDS: Mastercard, Visa and AMEX.
• DIRECT DEPOSIT: For details please call our sales department on 1300 738 555 (AU customers) or 0800 235 328 (NZ customers).
Delivery
• OVERNIGHT: We choose AAE (Australian Air Express).
• ROAD FREIGHT: For bulky items or to regional destinations we choose Direct Freight Express.
• OVERSEAS: We choose DHL.
• NOMINATED CARRIER: You can choose to collect or send your own carrier to pick up the order. Please advise us of your chosen carrier and allow a minimum of two hours before collection.
