In addition to the primary output, there is a charger output with a smaller rated current, enabling backup power supply applications for security access systems. With a rated efficiency of 86%, it can operate with air convection cooling in temperatures from -30 to 70 degress Celsius. Key protection features include over-temperature, over-voltage, battery low cut off, and battery reverse polarity protection (by fuse).
