>More convenient than a watch, this smart ring will easily monitor your sleep, daily activity, heart rate, blood oxygen and up to 24 different workouts through the free DaRings app, which connects to Strava & Apple health monitoring. The ring battery lasts up to 5 days, and the case provides additional charges up to a month of cable free charging. The battery only takes up to 90 minutes to charge so you'll never be without it for long. When it's time to charge, a 60cm USB-A charging cable is included to charge the ring, and a USB-A to USB-C cable can be used to charge the case (not included). Available in small, medium, large & extra large sizes. Sizing: This ring size is small [18.2mm inside diameter], which is equivalent to AU/NZ "Q" or US "8" sizes. Sizing kits are available in stores, or can be 3D printed via the file located in the "Downloads" tab below. Please note that wearable products can not be returned for change of mind.
