Provides useful debugging and testing in many systems, most notably vehicles, boats, motorbikes, and other 6-24V systems. It provides an accurate voltage readout as well as polarity check. It’s a more advanced version of a test-lamp used for decades in the automotive industry. Self powered from the test circuit.
